How exactly does
Life Enrichment Coaching work?
Working together, we first clarify your goals and desires -- what you want and need to feel more fulfilled and satisfied, or what goal(s) you have wanted to achieve yet haven't. If you are one of the many individuals who find themselves questioning what you really want and need, then your coaching process begins by addressing this issue and brings you greater clarity.
Our coaching relationship supports your progress by implementing simple yet effective steps and assignments to smoothly facilitate your success.
The most frequent coaching relationship is designed around 30-minute telephone appointments scheduled in four weekly intervals per month. Clients express that my fee is a reasonable and fair investment for the Life Enrichment Coaching they receive. My coaching fee of $250 is prepaid each month and covers the 4 weekly appointments. Progress and the results of assignments are frequently shared through e-mail, or if necessary through fax.
